Ashley is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. A yoga teacher registers with Yoga Alliance to gain professional recognition, access resources, and ensure their training meets established standards of yoga education. Being an E-RYT 200 means that an instructor has completed a 200-hour training program and has also taught a minimum of 1,000 hours since receiving their initial certification, signifying both training and experience in the field.
