I’ll share tips and lessons learned from over 10 years as a small business owner and from my lived experience as a now provisionally licensed counselor running a 100% self-pay telehealth practice. We’ll cover everything from branding and systems setup to building community, setting rates, new client intake documents, and keeping your sanity in the process.
