Receive calming, restorative energy support—no matter where you are in the world. Distance Reiki offers the same nurturing effects as in-person sessions, from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
 

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that works with your body’s energy system to promote healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. And because energy isn’t limited by time or space, distance Reiki allows you to receive these benefits wherever you are — whether you’re resting in bed, curled up on the couch, or taking a mindful pause during your day.

🌿 You don’t have to “do” anything. You can lie down, sit comfortably, journal, rest, or even sleep — there’s no one right way to receive. Many clients report sensations of warmth, tingling, emotional release, or a deep sense of calm during and after sessions.

DISTANCE ANIMAL REIKI

Offer your animal companions the gift of healing, comfort, and energetic balance — from wherever they are in the world.
 

Our animals carry so much — emotionally, physically, energetically — and yet they often go unseen in their deeper needs. Distance Reiki offers a gentle, non-invasive form of healing that honors the full being of your animal companion, while allowing them to stay relaxed in their own environment.
 

🌿 Each session is guided by your animal’s needs and energetic boundaries. I connect intuitively with their energy, offering Reiki without force or expectation. Some animals respond by resting deeply, others by moving around or checking in intermittently. There’s no right or wrong way — they get to lead the experience in the way that feels most natural and safe for them.
 

🌿 Reiki can support animals who are navigating:

  • Anxiety or behavioral stress

  • Chronic illness or injury recovery

  • End-of-life transitions or grief

  • Adjustment to new homes, environments, or routines

  • Emotional overwhelm or past trauma (especially in rescues or adopted animals)

🌿 Sessions are conducted remotely, with options to do a video call or not, as to make sure there is no pressure for the animal to “perform” in any way. You may choose to sit quietly with them during the session, or simply observe how they respond as the energy work unfolds.
 

🌿 If opted to not do a live video call, you’ll receive a brief intuitive summary via email highlighting what I sensed, how the energy moved, and any gentle reflections or guidance that came through to support your animal’s ongoing care. If you opted to do a live video call, then this information will be shared in real-time during the video call session.
 

Animal Reiki is grounded in respect, consent, and the deep belief that our animal friends deserve healing spaces just as much as we do. Whether your companion is playful, shy, aging, or in transition, I approach each session with care, tenderness, and trust in their innate wisdom.

DISTANCE CRYSTAL REIKI

Deepen your healing experience with the powerful, synergistic combination of Reiki energy and crystal vibrations.
 

This session weaves together the intuitive intelligence of crystals with the gentle, balancing flow of Reiki energy to support emotional clarity, energetic alignment, and inner calm. Whether you’re seeking grounding, release, renewal, or simply deeper connection with yourself, this session honors your unique energetic needs.
 

🌿 You’ll be invited to select your own crystals ahead of time — either intuitively or based on your goals. These stones become intentional conduits for healing, helping guide and amplify the Reiki energy where it’s most needed. Don’t worry if you’re unsure what to choose — I’ll help you tune into what resonates.
 

🌿 The distance Reiki session is conducted in real time, with you holding or placing your crystals near your body, while I channel Reiki energy to and through them. You may also feel drawn to journal, rest, or meditate during the session — this is your space to receive.
 

🌿 Crystal Reiki invites a co-creative connection with your own energy field and the healing support of the natural world. The experience is often deeply grounding, harmonizing, and emotionally clarifying.
