THERAPY FOR EVERY SEASON OF BECOMING
Welcome to a space where your story matters and your healing unfolds at your own pace.
I'm a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in Arkansas, practicing under LPC-S supervision, and I offer individual therapy to adults 18 and older and adolescents ages 13 and up — bringing the same grounded, affirming, and deeply human approach to every person I work with.
My approach is person-centered, feminist-aligned, non-pathologizing, and rooted in social justice and decolonizing care — which means I meet you where you are, trust deeply in your resilience, and respect your right to define healing on your own terms.
Therapy here isn't about fixing you. It's about walking alongside you as you reclaim, rediscover, and grow into the most authentic version of yourself. I'd be honored to be part of that journey.

ADULT-CENTERED THERAPY

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR ADULTS
for those who are tired of carrying it all alone
This space was built for adults who are tired of holding it all together — who are ready to put down the weight they've been carrying and finally have somewhere safe to set it. Whether you've been in therapy before or this is your first time reaching out, you don't need to arrive with the right words, a perfectly packaged explanation, or a crisis-level reason for being here. You don't have to be falling apart to deserve support. You just have to show up.
Therapy with me is honest, relational, and deeply collaborative. I am not a blank-slate, silent head-nod kind of therapist. I am engaged, present, and real. We will slow things down when needed, build practical tools that actually fit your life, explore the patterns that have been quietly running in the background, and make room for the parts of you that have been managing alone for far too long. Your lived experience, your identity, your anger, your grief, your tenderness, your confusion — all of it is welcome here, without condition and without judgment.

WHO THIS SPACE IS FOR
a practice built intentionally for marginalized adults
This practice is intentionally and unapologetically centered on those who have historically been marginalized, pathologized, or made to feel like too much — or not enough — in traditional therapeutic spaces.
I am dedicated to supporting women, trans, nonbinary, gender-expansive, and gender non-conforming adults, BIPOC individuals navigating racial trauma and systemic harm, and those living at the intersections of race, gender, sexuality, disability, class, religion, and other identities that mainstream therapy has long failed to honor
I also welcome cisgender men who are genuinely open to self-reflection and examining the systems that have afforded them privilege.
My approach is grounded in a decolonizing lens — centering your lived experience, your cultural context, and your own definitions of healing and wholeness. The systems that harm us show up in our bodies, our relationships, and our sense of self. Acknowledging that is not politics. It is good, honest clinical care.

WHERE MY CALLING AND CARE MEET
the adults whose stores I'm honored to hold
I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ individuals — whether you are exploring, questioning, or firmly affirming who you are. You do not owe anyone an explanation for your identity. Not even your therapist.
I work with neurodivergent folx who are exhausted from masking and performing — and as a neurodivergent person myself, I get it on a level that goes beyond clinical training.
I hold deep space for trauma survivors, those living with chronic illness or disability, and anyone navigating the particular grief of a body that the world doesn't always accommodate.
This practice is fat-affirming, body-positive, and body-neutral — full stop. Your survival is powerful. Your body is not a problem to be fixed.
And if you have ever felt too much, too complicated, or not enough — you belong here.

ADOLESCENT-CENTERED THERAPY

WHERE THIS WORK BEGAN
rooted in over a decade of
showing up for young people
Before I ever sat with a client in a therapy room, I spent 12 years in schools — as a special education teacher and behavioral interventionist — showing up every single day for young people who learned differently, behaved differently, felt differently, and who were so often misunderstood by the systems meant to support them. I worked with neurodivergent kids, differently learning-abled kids, kids in crisis, kids who masked beautifully until they couldn't anymore, and kids who had never once been told that the way their brain worked was something to be celebrated rather than corrected.
That work changed me. It also called me forward.
It was those young people — their resilience, their complexity, their hunger to be genuinely seen and understood — who inspired me to become a therapist. I wanted to offer something beyond what a classroom or a behavioral plan could provide. I wanted to offer a space where a young person could come exactly as they are, without a agenda to fix or redirect them, and simply be met with care.
That is what adolescent therapy with me is rooted in. Not just clinical training — but 12 years of real, in-the-trenches experience with young people, and a deep, abiding belief in what becomes possible when a kid finally feels truly seen.

HEY, THIS PART IS FOR YOU
for the teen wondering if this space is really for them
It is. I promise.
Maybe someone suggested therapy and you're not sure how you feel about it. Maybe you've been wanting to talk to someone for a while but didn't know where to start. Maybe you just know that something doesn't feel right — even if you can't put words to it yet. All of that is okay. You don't have to arrive with a explanation, a diagnosis, or a reason that feels big enough. You just have to show up.
Therapy with me is not about sitting across from someone who nods quietly and takes notes while you perform okayness. It is a real conversation. We talk honestly. We go at your pace. You are never forced to share something before you're ready, and you are never going to be put on the spot or made to feel like you got it wrong. There is no wrong here.
I work with teens who are navigating anxiety, school stress, friendship dynamics, family complexity, big emotions that feel hard to manage, and the weight of simply trying to figure out who they are in a world that has a lot of loud opinions about that. I work with neurodivergent teens who are exhausted from masking, struggling to keep up, or finally starting to understand their own beautifully unique minds. I work with young people who are feeling caught between who they are and who others expect them to be — and who just need somewhere safe to breathe.
This is that place. You are allowed to take up space here. All of it.

AND THIS PART IS FOR YOU, TOO
for the parent, caregiver, or guardian who is trying to do right by their teen
The fact that you're here already tells me something important about you. Recognizing that your teen needs support — and doing something about it — takes love and courage in equal measure.
I spent 12 years as a special education teacher and behavioral interventionist before becoming a therapist, which means I understand adolescents in a way that goes beyond clinical training.
I've supported teens through learning differences, trauma, crisis, and the quiet cumulative weight of struggles that rarely get named but show up in everything.
Therapy offers a space outside of home, outside of school, and outside of every relationship that already carries weight in your teen's life.
My approach is collaborative, affirming, and always transparent with caregivers in a way that builds trust on all sides.
Your teen deserves someone genuinely in their corner. I'd be honored to be that person.

100% TELEHEALTH-BASED SESSIONS

100% TELEHEALTH-BASED SESSIONS
All therapy sessions are offered exclusively through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. This means that therapy can happen wherever you feel most safe and at ease — whether that’s from the comfort of your home, a private office, or even your car parked somewhere peaceful. As long as you’re physically located within the state of Arkansas at the time of your session, we can work together.
Telehealth removes common barriers to mental health care — like long drives, time off work, transportation issues, or mobility concerns — and replaces them with accessibility, flexibility, and privacy. You don’t need to add more stress just to seek support. With telehealth, therapy comes to you.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, identity, grief, or personal growth, telehealth allows us to create a consistent, grounded space for your healing — wherever you are. You deserve support that meets you with care, wherever life finds you.

INVESTING IN YOUR CARE
FEES, INSURANCE,
& PAYMENT OPTIONS
Choosing to prioritize your mental and emotional wellness is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself. I want that investment to feel sustainable — not like a source of stress. That's why I structure my fees with flexibility in mind, so that finances are one less barrier standing between you and the support you deserve.
SESSION OPTIONS
Every person I work with comes with a different story, a different pace, and different needs. From the comfort of wherever you are, I offer three session lengths so that we can find the rhythm that works best for you and your healing process.
STANDARD SESSION • 60 MINUTES This is our foundational session length and the most common starting point for new and ongoing clients. In 55 - 60 minutes, we have space to check in, go beneath the surface, and do meaningful work together — session after session.
EXTENDED SESSION • 90 MINUTES Sometimes 60 minutes isn't quite enough. Extended sessions are ideal when you're moving through something particularly heavy, preparing for or processing a major life event, or simply want a little more breathing room in our work together.
INTENSIVE SESSION • 120 MINUTES Intensive sessions are designed for focused, immersive therapeutic work. Whether you're in a season of significant transition, working through deep-rooted patterns, or want to accelerate your healing, two hours of uninterrupted space can be transformative.

SLIDING SCALE ACCESSIBILITY
I offer a sliding scale because I believe that access to quality mental health care should not be determined by income alone. My sliding scale is built on a foundation of trust — I ask that you reflect honestly on your financial situation and choose the tier that is a genuine fit for where you are right now.
If you are unsure which tier is right for you, I'm happy to talk through it together. There is no judgment here — only a shared commitment to making this work possible for you.
